Yes, it is nice and quiet. In terms of transportation, it is good too, quite close to the MTR station and alot of busese going to central, Kowloon, and eastern district.

我覺得百福個location 幾好, 又唔係太接近英皇道, 但落街又近百佳同茶餐廳, 5分鐘左右就到巴士站, 係搭地鐵會遠少少囖. 百福係要搭lift 上平台之後先有樓, 由於佢個location 近山, 所以空氣同環境都ok．起碼無健威咁嘈同熱... 我百福同健威(在英皇道)都住過, 覺得講方便係健威, 因為真係一出大閘就係巴士站, 但又電車又巴士, 如果加埋整路就會嘈死．同埋我覺得健威好似多塵d, 層樓黑猛猛, 無咩風．百福就好抵死, 上平台部lift d 看更好好services, 好似酒店咁(如果你去睇樓時就會知),哈哈... 唯一唔好就係樓齡比較高囖, 不過租既話係ok 既其他解答:
