You need to check: 1) whether the receiver's a/c has the vacancy full that no more e-mail can be received, or 2) whether the receiver's a/c has been locked by the server, or 3) whether your own a/c has delivery problems, or 4) whether the mail you sent out has coding problems, or 5) the anti-virus software blocks your e-mails sending out.
